    Information collected automatically
  • pointDevice information. We collect information about the mobile device that you use to access navcolo, including the model, manufacturer, operating system, and version.
  • pointLog information. We collect information about your use of the navcolo platform, including the duration, time, and frequency of your access; Event pages viewed; your IP address.
  • pointLocation information. We collect information about the location of your device each time you use navcolo based on whether you provided app permission to do it.
  • pointOther information. With your permission, we may collect other data from your device, such as calendar information you want to manage via navcolo, photos you provide us with, and contacts of individuals you wish to find or connect with.

    Information you provide
  • We also collect information that you provide directly to us. We collect information that you provide when you create an account, choose event interests, fill out a form, or communicate with us. Types of information that we may collect include your name, email address, username, password, phone number, payment method data, photos, choices of interests, and any other information that you choose to provide. Information about your gender is optional.

    Information collected from other sources
  • We collect information about you from other sources, such as through certain features on the navcolo you elect to use, but only where these third parties either have your consent or are required to disclose your information to us.
  • pointSocial media services. Suppose you register an account through a third-party social media service. In that case, we will have access to some of the third-party account information from that service, such as your name and other information in that account, and we use it for improving your navcolo daily usage.
  • pointInvitations. If the navcolo user sends you an invitation through navcolo, we may receive certain personal information, such as your email address, or phone number. We will automatically send you an invitation to navcolo. You may also contact us at navcolo.space@gmail.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
  • pointInformation from third-party sources. In order to provide you with more exciting recommendations on navcolo, we may obtain information about you from third-party available sources as permitted by law.

  • We may use information about you for different purposes related to navcolo usage, including:
  • pointPlatform personalization, for example, to suggest events we think you may be interested.
  • pointAllow you to share information about your use of the navcolo through a third-party social media service.

  • We share some of the information about you on navcolo according to your profile and settings. Information like your username, name, city, and profile image is visible by default since you provide it by yourself. Some information such as your email and phone number is not visible by default but you may choose to display it publicly in profile settings.

  • We may use different service providers for operating and improving navcolo to assist with functions like payment processing, survey conducting, data hosting, navcolo ads management, and other aspects related to customer support. We take measures to ensure that these service providers access, process, and store information about you only for the purposes we authorize.

  • We may access and disclose information about you to third parties if we believe that disclosing of this information is in accordance with, or required by, applicable law, regulation, legal process, or audits.

    Social sharing
  • The navcolo may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools which let you share actions that you take on the platform with third-party services, and vice versa. Such features let you share information with your friends or the public. The third-party services' use of the information will be governed by the third parties' privacy policies, and we do not control the third parties' use of the shared data.

  • We may aggregate information about you and share it freely. We may also share your information with your consent or where we are legally entitled to do so.

  • 4.1

    Navcolo is based in Ukraine
  • Information about you will be transferred and processed in Ukraine and other countries where navcolo will start working on the feature. These countries may have different data protection laws and may be not as protective or vice versa. We have already taken all of the necessary safeguards to ensure your personal data is protected per this Privacy Policy.
  • 4.2

    Security
  • We employ all of the needed organizational and technical measures to ensure your personal data is under control and fully secured. We store all of the information you provide on secured servers. Nobody has access to your information except trained employees and they only have permission to use your information accordingly to this Privacy Policy. We use a lot of different hacker attacks-preventing tools such as firewalls, secured connections, and data encryption technics. But there needs to be fully secured methods of internet data transmission or storage.
  • Also, you have your own password to use the navcolo platform so you are responsible for keeping this password as long, difficult, and confidential as possible. If you decided to change your password or forgot it you will always have the ability to change it or reset it by clicking “Forgot password?” in the navcolo login screen or by choosing the “Change password” option on settings.

    Privacy Policy revisions
  • We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time and we will always notify all of the platform users when such action will take place in the future.
  • 4.3

    Policy scope
  • This Privacy Policy does not apply to information you provide to third parties, like other navcolo members, including event organizers and network administrators, and others with whom you may share information about yourself. Our Platform may direct you to a third-party service, such as social media services, or a portion of our Platform may be controlled by a third party. Disclosure of information to these third parties is subject to the relevant third party’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the third-party privacy policy or content.
  • Navcolo is a data controller platform. All of the platform members, including verified organizers, are responsible for complying with all of the requirements of applicable EU laws in connection with the information that they obtain and process for the purposes of managing or organizing events or administering networks.
  • 5. Your choices
  • 5.1

    Location information
  • Any time you access navcolo we will use your location information in order to update all of the in-app events accordingly to make them handlers for you. However, if you have not provided us with permission to do so we will not use your location in any way possible.
  • If you do not want to provide us with your location information but already enabled this option earlier you always have the ability to remove this permission from navcolo by going to your mobile platform settings. Note that our platform will no longer function properly without location information.
  • 5.2

    Account information
  • You may update or correct your profile information any time by pressing the “Edit profile” button on your profile page. Also, you may deactivate your account by sending an email to use at navcolo.space@gmail.com. You will also be able to choose whether others see information about your email or phone number by using the Privacy Settings section on your Profile editing page.
  • 6. Data rights
  • We respond to all requests that we receive from users who wish to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You can contact us by sending an email to navcolo.space@gmail.com.
  • Rights that you may have, depending on the country in which you live, include:
